What I'm looking for
I’m a dedicated Human Resources and Administration professional with a Master’s degree in HR Management and IT Management. I’m driven by a passion for employee relations, especially grievance handling, and I enjoy building a supportive, compliant work environment.
Currently, as an Executive Administrator (On Quess Co. Payroll), I manage pre and off-boarding statutory compliance checks, monthly and annual verification, and operational HR-administration activities. I also handle vendor service verification and bill booking, manage daily transportation/canteen/cafeteria scheduling, maintain service contracts, and run daily and monthly meetings.
Previously, as an HR Associate (On HRMS Payroll), I supported recruitment and onboarding by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and assisting offer rollout. I handled employee queries across attendance, overtime, salary discrepancies, leave approvals, and statutory benefits like ESIC and PF, while managing time office and payroll processing—attendance regularising, wages sheet preparation, and MIS reporting (attrition, absenteeism, overtime, and manpower cost).
I bring strong HRMS and reporting expertise, leveraging CLMS (Scrum System), AMS (Vertex Technology LLC), and Microsoft tools including Excel, Microsoft 365, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams. I also aim to keep work detail-oriented and well-documented—supporting full and final settlement, performance evaluation support, and conflict resolution, while maintaining healthy service flow and leave management.
