I’m looking for an HR/administration role where I can own employee relations, grievance handling, statutory compliance, and payroll/MIS reporting using HRMS and Microsoft tools in a process-driven team.

I have completed MBA in HRM and ITM from Solapur University and have over two years of work experience in Pune. My experience includes recruitment, HR compliance, payroll, employee engagement, administration, time office management, employee grievance resolution (IR), and other HR activities.
