At Henderson Transcription Services Inc., I manage day-to-day people and administrative operations for a healthcare documentation business serving clients across Canada and the United States.
I recruited, onboarded, trained and coordinated a distributed workforce of up to 33 employees and overseas contractors. I communicated role expectations, procedures and confidentiality requirements, and coordinated availability, assignments and workload priorities.

Earlier, at Arcamatrix Inc., I supported medical documentation operations by maintaining records, monitoring workflow deadlines and preparing reports for the CFO. I hold a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business Administration from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University).
