I seek a role where I can lead procurement transformation, optimize sourcing and inventory processes, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable cost savings and service improvements.

I am a procurement and supply chain professional with 5+ years' experience across FMCG, retail and government sectors, focused on driving cost savings and improving service delivery. I combine hands-on sourcing, vendor negotiation and logistics coordination to deliver measurable results.

At L’Oréal East Africa I reduced procurement cycle time from fourteen to five days through Accpac ERP implementation and workflow redesign, and negotiated supplier contracts that generated significant savings. I have supported regional teams by aligning ERP reporting and expanding SAP functionality to strengthen planning and production reporting.

Previously I delivered a 98%+ on-time delivery rate to 36 outlets and optimized inbound strategies, warehouse operations and HSEQ practices while managing customs compliance for imports.
