I am a procurement, logistics and supply chain specialist with 14+ years' experience leading supply chains for international NGOs and development agencies across Africa. I have designed and implemented procurement strategies, operational departments, and e-procurement systems to improve transparency and efficiency.

I have led procurement and operations teams for large humanitarian and development programs, overseeing international tenders over $1,000,000, management of leases across 14 countries, and supervision of complex infrastructure projects. I established procurement departments in Somalia, conducted audits, and ensured donor-compliant processes across FCDO, USAID, EU, DANIDA and World Bank-funded programs.
