I’m a HIPAA certified Remote Dental RCM & Operations Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting U.S.-based dental practices. My background includes insurance verification, claims follow-up, new patient scheduling, patient coordination, benefits breakdowns, claims workflows, and multi-location administrative support.

At Central Texas Periodontics, I lead insurance verification and claims follow-up while supporting multiple practice locations. I introduced an online insurance verification breakdown form to replace manual paperwork and improve consistency in benefit documentation. I also train new team members on insurance verification and claims follow-up, provide cross-functional administrative support, and complete end-of-day reporting.

Previously, at Morris Park Dental and Dental Care of Baltimore, I supported patient coordination, insurance verification, scheduling, and claims-related workflows. These roles strengthened my ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and manage detailed administrative and insurance processes in remote dental environments.
