I am an education operations and program management professional with experience supporting multi-site academic and training programs, instructor teams, and end-to-end education delivery. My background includes coordinating enrollment workflows, supporting faculty development, standardizing operational processes, and improving learner experience across in-person, virtual, and hybrid environments.

I have worked closely with cross-functional teams to support program execution, retention initiatives, reporting, and process improvement, using data and operational metrics to inform decisions.
