Across NEL College and Christ Ambassador Academy, I've organized activities, supervised learners, resolved practical challenges, monitored equipment, and maintained safe, orderly environments. I work calmly under pressure and take ownership of responsibilities from planning through delivery.

My electrical technician and security-system internship experience at Les Bâtisseurs Réunis, HOMTECH, and QTA TECH SARL strengthened my troubleshooting, customer service, safety, and security awareness. I've worked directly with CCTV, access control, technical support, and business-premises protection.

I'm completing a BTech in Information Systems and Network and have built an AI-assisted cybersecurity threat detection and awareness project using React, Tailwind CSS, Python Flask, MySQL, and AI tools. I'm bringing my leadership, organization, and customer-focused approach into shop operations management.
