Processed and analysed data on Community Preschool Centres and schools covered by pillars 7A and 7B. Designed a multi-criteria predictive algorithm for scenario analysis and supported operational and logistical follow-up of project activities.

Contributed to the deployment of a Microsoft Exchange Server messaging infrastructure. Delivered N1/N2 technical support on site and remotely, managed incidents through Odoo, and administered user accounts and workstations.

Supported practical training sessions in networking, systems administration, and IT tools. Assisted students in developing hands-on technical skills through workshops and peer learning.

Selected for the SNK AI Challenge 2025 training programme and completed an artificial intelligence training seminar hosted by the Embassy of Spain in Cameroon.

Monitored 17 servers with Zabbix, collecting and analysing performance data. Built a multi-channel alerting and reporting system and developed a WhatsApp chatbot for real-time monitoring information.
