Throughout my career, I have held key roles such as Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Officer at Bwando Farms, where I successfully adapted global MEAL frameworks to local contexts and led various M&E activities. My experience as a Strategic Information Coordinator at John Snow Health further honed my abilities in data collection and analysis, ensuring that projects meet their performance targets. I am passionate about integrating gender-responsive outcomes into monitoring and evaluation processes, and I am committed to supporting teams in achieving their goals.
