I have over 15years experience within the IT, construction and education industries. I have worked with and led both remote and collocated teams, through agile, waterfall and hybrid approaches, depending on the project. I have successfully managed multi million dollar projects. Through servant leadership recently, I successfully delivered an iterative IT project, 10% under budget. Amongst my key achievements in the construction industry is succesfully delivering a mixed-use (residential and commercial) facility with a budget to $5.5M. I have led a multi million dollor education in law enforcement program as an operations manager. This was funded by the US government, through INL, USAID, Africom and other agencies for close to 5years. My interest is to communicate (either face to face or with communication tools like teams, SharePoint, outlook, skype, zoom etc). I am passionate about project integration, stakeholder, quality, resource, cost and risk management. I am familiar with management tools like asana, Microsoft projects and darts but highly adapted to other tools.
