I’m looking to build AI-powered workflow automation end to end—integrating APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms—to eliminate manual work, strengthen audit-ready controls, and deliver measurable operational efficiency gains.

I’m an AI Automation Specialist with 4+ years of experience designing, building, and deploying end-to-end automation systems that eliminate manual operational work across FMCG and telecommunications environments. I integrate APIs, webhooks, and workflow automation platforms like Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Forms to connect business systems and drive measurable efficiency gains. At Lato Milk, I automated M-Pesa–SAP financial reconciliation, reclaiming 1,365 staff hours annually, and I deployed a fully paperless vehicle logistics approval system that eliminated 500+ km round trips.

I also designed and built DairyDrop, an analytics-driven internal communications platform on SharePoint, shifting internal comms toward data-driven operations. I conduct end-to-end process analysis across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain, translate business requirements into scalable workflow solutions, and author audit-ready automation documentation (workflow logic, triggers, integration maps, dependencies, SOPs, and implementation reports).
