At Bayelsa State Ministry of Health, I maintain patient monitoring records and treatment follow-up documentation for people receiving drug-resistant TB care. I coordinate clinic-day activities and follow-up with doctors, healthcare workers, and hospital units.
I also review patient and program data, support corrections, and help ensure reports are submitted and verified on time. I support the DRTB team and participate in Technical Working Group meetings.
Previously, as an SASCp Officer with Bayelsa State Ministry of Health, I managed records across HIV/AIDS services and reported program data using DHIS2 and HIV program databases. I coordinated patient follow-up and supported care, support, and PMTCT activities.
My public health experience includes patient documentation, data collection, and community outreach with the SIDHAS Project for FHI 360. I’ve also trained in telehealth and medical virtual assistance, including EHR/PMS navigation, insurance verification, and medical billing and coding basics.
