What I'm looking for

I want to grow in recruitment and people operations within dynamic international teams. I’m looking to take ownership of sourcing, screening, onboarding, and HR reporting while continuously developing my HR expertise.

I’m an HR and Recruitment professional with international experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, onboarding, and HR operations. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from SWPS University, which strengthens how I assess people, support development, and communicate across cultures.

In my current HR Coordinator / HR Intern role at Crafton in Poznan, Poland, I managed full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level positions. I sourced candidates using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms, screened CVs, conducted initial interviews, coordinated scheduling, supported onboarding, and prepared recruitment reports and recruitment analytics—working closely with multicultural remote teams.

Before that, I built foundation through roles including Psychologist’s intern experience and customer-facing work. I’ve observed clinical and forensic psychology procedures, assisted psychologists and documentation, and learned from multidisciplinary case discussions—bringing both analytical thinking and strong interpersonal communication to HR and people operations.
