I’m a final-year Environmental Engineering student at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University, building a practical foundation in sustainability, pollution control, and resource management. I’m comfortable with environmental assessment and the day-to-day practices behind effective water and waste management, and I’m motivated to turn engineering problem-solving into measurable environmental impact.

In my Water Supply Engineer (Intern) role at Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority, I supported water supply system and analysis work, with hands-on experience in pipe network analysis and water distribution system planning. I approach technical challenges methodically, focusing on clear system understanding and safe, reliable planning outcomes.

I also bring real-world responsibility from non-academic roles: as an Assistant Coach at MIFTA WUSHU CLUB, I helped with program management and athlete mentoring while ensuring safety in facilities and representing the club in city tournaments. Earlier, as a Mobile Salesman at ZEMEN MOBILE, I strengthened client engagement by identifying prospects, explaining product benefits, and processing payments—skills that help me communicate effectively with stakeholders in field and project settings.

My toolkit reflects my environmental engineering focus, from GIS and mapping to planning software: I work with Google Earth Pro, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, and AutoCAD, and I’ve used Bentley WaterCAD and SewerCAD to think through water system modeling. I’m ready to help deliver sustainable solutions across water and wastewater treatment, solid waste management, and air pollution control, with a strong grounding in environmental impact assessment.
