At Miya SARL, I supervise water supply and distribution activities in the Non-Revenue Water reduction program with the Addis Ababa Water and Sewerage Authority. I lead water-loss reduction and active leak detection work, using geophones, acoustic equipment, and pressure testing.
I monitor network pressure, flow, and system performance, and use GIS, GPS, and engineering data for network mapping and analysis. I also prepare technical reports and support District Metered Area and Non-Revenue Water management.
Earlier at Miya SARL, I conducted leak detection and localization, supported repair and verification activities, and maintained field records. I hold a BSc degree in Water Resources Engineering from Arba Minch University.
