What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead SHE programs, improve compliance and safety culture, mentor teams, and support organizational goals in a collaborative, growth-minded environment.

I am a Senior Environmental Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Addis Ababa Science and Technology University and a BA in Marketing Management from Admas University. I have practical experience as an EHS officer across manufacturing, petroleum, gas and road construction projects in Ethiopia.

Throughout my career I prepared, implemented, monitored and evaluated SHE plans and programs, conducted trainings and inspections, led ESG and HACCP/GMP initiatives, and managed insurance claims and settlements. I have strong reporting, leadership, public presentation and communication skills developed through roles at Ever Bright Plastic, Ghion Gas, Rama Construction and Yetebaberut Beherawi Petroleum.

I am collaborative, resilient in extreme environmental and geographical conditions, and committed to continuous learning and skills growth to contribute to organizational safety, environmental compliance and business goals.
