I seek senior engineering roles focused on water supply, NRW reduction, hydraulic modelling, and WASH capacity building in collaborative, impact-driven organizations.

I am a Senior Hydraulic and Water Resources Engineer with over nine years' practical experience designing, supervising and commissioning urban and rural water supply and sanitation projects. I have led hydraulic modelling, non-revenue water (NRW) reduction studies, pilot DMA implementation, and project delivery on time and within budget for multiple towns in Amhara region.

I bring strong technical skills in WaterCAD, WaterGEMS and AutoCAD Civil 3D, hands-on construction supervision, procurement and BOQ preparation, plus experience in capacity assessments and WASH capacity building. I am committed to collaborative, data-driven solutions and continuous learning to address water-resource challenges effectively.
