I’m looking for a recruitment or account-focused role where I can combine relationship-building, business development, and data/analytics to improve outcomes. I value teamwork, clear ownership, and opportunities to grow my impact through process and coaching.

I’m a focused and passionate recruitment consultant with experience building strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable execution. Across a national desk, I’ve supported the full recruitment journey—from generating candidates to ongoing activity after they start—while also driving business development through cold calling, E-shots, networking events, and client visits.

I’m hands-on with recruitment operations and analytics, using tools like Excel, CRM (ITRIS), and analytics software (Bullhorn) to improve job board performance and maximise responses. I also bring leadership and coaching experience from managing an U17 team as a cricket head coach, where I helped players progress into senior cricket—strengths I bring into teamwork, onboarding, and delivering results.
