What I'm looking for

I aim to apply my background in project management, CRM, and data analytics to support cross-functional coordination and digital transformation initiatives, using Agile methodologies to optimize processes.

At Tech Horizons Ventures, I coordinated operational activities across assigned projects, monitored milestones, and supported adherence to deliverables and deadlines. I also conducted UAT and functional testing on application releases before deployment.

For my Master's thesis project at Attijari Banque, I modeled user journeys, drafted epics and user stories, and defined acceptance criteria. I also helped define MVP scope, plan sprint iterations, prioritize backlog features, and track product performance using KPIs.
