For HR and CRM process digitalization with Odoo 16, I replaced scattered Excel files and unused tools with integrated modules. I automated HR reporting, cutting reporting time from several days to under one hour, and deployed a CRM to centralize sales leads and opportunities.
On SupplyGate, I analyzed a paper- and email-based purchasing process, modeled its target workflows, and built the solution hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint. I validated iterations with stakeholders, ran functional tests, and supported user adoption.
I’ve also prototyped generative AI use cases for business processes, including CV data extraction and candidate matching, assessment scoring, sick-leave pre-screening, and a Custom GPT for management email. Earlier, I built a Power BI dashboard on factors influencing regional exam results during my Data Analyst Internships at the MINISTRY OF EDUCATION.
