I've led Agile and hybrid project delivery at Inspire Group and Mechanical ZF Tunisia, coordinating teams, stakeholders, scope, risks, and milestones across fast-paced environments.
At Inspire Group, I facilitated Scrum ceremonies, coached teams in Agile principles, supported backlog refinement and value prioritization, and strengthened transparency through Kanban boards, velocity charts, and information radiators.
At Mechanical ZF Tunisia, I managed full project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methods, overseeing resources, KPIs, stakeholder meetings, risk plans, and team alignment.
My experience also includes research and teaching at ÉNAP in Québec, administrative support in a Canadian hospital, HR leadership, and volunteer project coordination. I bring French, English, and Arabic communication skills and value delivery, clarity, and people-centric processes.
