I am currently a Campaign Administrator, where I create and present performance reports and data insights to both internal and external clients. My role involves analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing more efficient ways of working.

I have a diverse background spanning business analysis, sales, and customer service, giving me a strong understanding of both operational and customer-focused environments. As a Business Analyst, I built a customer portal that integrated multiple systems to improve the customer experience and streamline internal processes. In sales, I successfully developed new business relationships, won major clients, and managed key accounts.

My experience combines data analysis, process improvement, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness, allowing me to understand complex business challenges and translate data and insights into practical solutions.
