I specialize in troubleshooting macOS, iOS, iPadOS, iCloud, Apple ID and related hardware, consistently delivering high-quality, customer-centric support and achieving 95%+ CSAT.
I have experience in Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, mentoring new advisors, collaborating with engineers and Genius Bar teams, and receiving Top Advisor awards in 2019 and 2021.
