What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a higher education role where I can use housing data and compliance experience to support student success, coordinate programming, and strengthen operations through clear communication and accountability.

I’m a Graduate Assistant in University Student Housing, analyzing housing data to support operations and compliance while improving onboarding workflows and administrative processes. I temporarily supervise student staff, coordinate desk coverage, and advise the Residential Complex Council to strengthen programming across multiple residence halls.

Previously, I served as Graduate Hall Coordinator for a 1,000+ resident community, managing daily operations, supervising 37 student staff members, and handling policy enforcement and conduct documentation. As a Resident Assistant, I mentored and mediated 60 residents, planned engagement programs, and responded to incidents—experiences I carry into my Master’s in Higher Education Administration (in progress).
