What I'm looking for

I seek a collaborative environment that values research innovation and offers opportunities for professional growth.

I am an ambitious and detail-oriented Master's student with two years of applied experience in both quantitative and qualitative research. My journey began at the University of Maine, where I graduated with honors in Psychology, and I am currently pursuing further studies in Emerging Media at Boston University. My academic background has equipped me with strong analytical skills, particularly in statistical data analysis using SPSS and RStudio.

In my role as a Research Assistant at the Communication Research Center, I developed comprehensive surveys to assess student sentiment and created instructional materials to enhance the research experience for participants. My contributions have improved the comprehensibility of annual surveys and involved analyzing data to produce insightful research reports. Additionally, I have experience in content analysis and literature review development, which I honed during my time as a Faculty Research Assistant at Boston University.

Beyond research, I have actively engaged in student life as a Student Ambassador, providing guidance to prospective students, and as a Teaching Assistant, where I supported students in understanding complex research concepts. My commitment to academic excellence is reflected in my involvement with the Psychology Honors Society and the Honors Research Program, where I continue to strive for impactful contributions in my field.
