At Tupel Asia, I established the legal and regulatory foundation needed to take the business from incorporation through to licensed manufacturing, including securing a manufacturing licence and a local council business premises licence.
I built the contract suite from scratch and serve as the sole in-house legal resource to management, advising on contract review, regulatory compliance and commercial risk across the business.
I also set up and run the HR function, covering recruitment, onboarding and monthly payroll. On quality, I draft and revise QMS documentation, conduct internal audits and manage corrective and preventive actions through to closure.
Previously, I provided in-house legal support to Wezmart International Berhad through my secondment from Gow Victor & Co, conducting legal research and drafting agreements. I also assisted with branding and campaign development for pharmaceutical clients at JT Greenhouse.
