What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support multinational clients with meticulous IP case management—trademark prosecution, portfolio updates, and proactive risk handling—where I can apply UK/EU and Malaysian legal experience, collaborate with legal teams, and keep developing through strong mentorship.

I’m a UK- and Malaysia-trained legal professional with a specialized focus on Commercial, Corporate and Intellectual Property Law. I manage the end-to-end lifecycle of legal documentation—from initial drafting and research to filing and final execution—so matters move smoothly toward filing and completion.

In my role as an IP Executive, I manage UK/EU trademark and registered design workflows across retail and creative sectors. I serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular portfolio updates and strategic advice on IP protection, while drafting technical submissions to address ukipo/euipo refusals on acquired distinctiveness and likelihood of confusion.

I also bring a proactive approach to risk and enforcement. I conduct clearance searches and provide risk assessment reports on potential brand conflicts, draft cease-and-desist letters and settlement agreements for trademark and design infringement cases, and advise on Nice classification and international filing strategies to maximize brand protection.

Across both jurisdictions, I’ve built a global perspective through work in UK and Malaysian legal frameworks, supported by strong case management and professional fluency in five languages. Alongside IP work, I’ve supported corporate and commercial matters as a paralegal and contributed to legal research and documentation preparation through internships and pro bono placement—strengthening my clarity, diligence, and ethical case handling.
