At Touch 'n Go Sdn Bhd, I manage commercial contracts and legal operations, including contract stamping for approximately 10,000 agreements and an organisation-wide regularisation that achieved full compliance. I also led the full-lifecycle implementation of a CLM system, from vendor selection and workflow design through rollout and training for over 100 users.

At OKX, I handled legal response matters involving law enforcement requests, sanctions screening and on-chain fund tracing. I also improved SOPs and QA frameworks, and reported on SLA performance across 500+ monthly legal tickets. I’m currently pursuing the CIPP/E certification and have supported DPO functions, including DPIAs and work related to Malaysia’s PDPA 2010.
