With a background in brand management and over a decade of customer service experience, I thrive at the intersection of marketing, operations, and consumer engagement. My expertise lies in streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless brand execution across multiple platforms.
Previously, I supported multiple brands in the restaurant and hospitality industry, overseeing promotional products, uniforms, and vendor partnerships to enhance customer experience. My approach combined analytical problem-solving with creative insight, ensuring both operational efficiency and strong brand identity.
Now, I’m looking to leverage my organizational skills in roles that are more creative and hands-on, where I can contribute to the full lifecycle of a project—from concept to execution. I’m especially interested in brand management, customer experience, and human-centered design, applying my passion for psychology and user behavior to create engaging, meaningful experiences.
Outside of work, I’m an artist and designer, currently developing Shroomery Bloom Collective, a brand focused on self-discovery and nature-inspired graphic design. I’m also expanding my expertise in Human Factors Psychology and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)—fields that align with my curiosity for how people interact with technology and design.
