I’m a versatile, operations-driven professional with a strong foundation in customer success, inventory management, logistics, and marketing. I’ve built my career by jumping in wherever I’m needed, solving problems, and helping teams run more efficiently. I spent nearly five years managing a specialty retail store, where I handled everything from purchase orders and multi-location inventory flow to staff training, vendor relations, and community engagement. That role taught me how to juggle competing priorities, adapt quickly, and stay focused on both the customer experience and the operational side of the business.

Currently, I work in higher education stewardship, where I manage large-scale processes that involve student outreach, data accuracy, and donor communications. Whether I’m coordinating hundreds of annual reports or organizing campus events, I bring the same level of care, attention to detail, and desire to make things better. I’m also pursuing my master’s in Supply Chain Management to further sharpen my skills and expand my impact.
