I’m an IT Support & Technical Operations Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, end-user support, and technical field operations. I’m at my best when systems must keep running reliably under tight timelines and high stakes.

In nationwide election environments with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), I delivered first-line technical support across multiple polling units. I configured and tested smart card reader devices for over 50 polling units, achieved near-zero device failure on election day, and ensured immediate electoral results upload while maintaining data integrity.

My background also strengthens my field-readiness: I’ve supported IT operations and computer systems maintenance in a government ministry environment, conducted and interpreted geophysical surveys using Tarameter instrumentation, and assisted with borehole drilling and site mobilisation. As part of my NYSC deployment, I applied geophysical survey skills across field sites and provided technical support for pump testing and well casing operations, producing interpretive field reports that guided resource allocation.
