I’m a Social Media & Client Relations Specialist with experience in social media management, content creation, customer support, and administrative operations. I build content strategies that match a brand voice, while keeping communication clear and customer experience consistently strong.

In my recent role as a Social Media Manager (remote), I developed and implemented social media content strategies, created graphics, reels, and promotional videos using Canva and CapCut, and scheduled content across platforms. I also handled customer messages and comments, and used AI tools to improve content creation and workflow efficiency.

As an Administrator & Customer Support Specialist (part time), I manage daily operations, respond to parent and client inquiries across multiple communication channels, and maintain client relationships through timely problem resolution. I prepare invoices with ZohoInvoice, manage records in ZohoCRM, coordinate appointments and schedules, and support office operations with a high standard of customer service.
