At the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, I integrated e-Ardhi with the Government Enterprise Service Bus to exchange property information with TRA and implemented NIN verification in the mobile application.
I also improved e-Ardhi’s data integrity and workflows, including duplicate-record correction, automated updates for expired interests, and notifications across email, SMS, mGov migration, and the mobile notification service.
At e-Government Authority (RIDC), I developed and maintained production iOS and Android applications, including eBarua, and developed Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs. I contributed to eBarua and Kakakuona Oxygen, and to e-Ardhi modernization through transaction migrations, GraphQL APIs for spatial data, and party-data synchronization.
