Lead requirements analysis and authored System Requirement Specifications for health programme modules. Designed integration requirements for bidirectional data exchange between UCS and GoTHoMIS, and executed UAT cycles for health system modules.

Administered and secured production servers for the community health system, maintaining high uptime and performance. Built technical capacity of the in-house team through training and mentoring, and conducted data quality assessments.

Sustained role across five major digital health projects for government and development partners, including the Tanzania Health Information Mediator, Unified Community System, Health Commodity Tracer, Tulonge Afya Community Platform, and Nilinde Nikulinde App.

Developed the full Sokosimu Android application in Java with a MySQL backend served via NGINX, integrating DirectPay for mobile payment gateways. Wrote Linux bash scripts for server optimisation and performed API testing.

Designed and built a complete HR and payroll system using PHP 7.1/Laravel 5.5 with a MySQL database normalised to 4NF and NGINX load balancing. Implemented automated statutory report generation, role-based permissions, and zero-downtime deployment via Git hooks.
