At National Housing Corporati, I built and deployed a production tenant chatbot that uses retrieval-augmented generation to answer questions from policy documents in English and Swahili. I also developed a construction project management system with progress reporting and an assets and staff-request management system.
For the University of Dodoma, I developed the UDOM Admission Chatbot with React.js and Django REST Framework, then containerized it with Docker and implemented CI/CD pipelines. My projects also include a Flutter food delivery app using Supabase and a web and mobile mentorship and journaling platform.
At National Housing Corporati, I also deploy and configure production servers and troubleshoot software and system performance issues. My experience includes system and network administration, IT support, and integrating identity verification, SMS gateways, and mobile payment processing.
