What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles with room to grow where I can handle customer onboarding and front-line support responsibly, improve collection outcomes through clear communication, and keep strong records while learning from experienced teams.

I handled collections for an F1/F2 loan portfolio of 300+ traders, artisans, and SMEs at Opay Microfinance Bank, running daily calls, SMS, and field visits to secure repayments. I also educated customers on credit discipline, delivered daily collection reports, and escalated high-risk accounts to the credit manager—while staying fully compliant with CBN and Opay MFB policies.

Before that, I worked as an OPay consumer agent, registering new customers, helping with account setup and ATM card activation, and guiding people on transfers, payments, and savings features. I onboarded over 150 customers between January and March and kept basic records for smooth front-line support.

I’ve also supported hospitality operations as a receptionist/front desk officer at Mama J Hotel & Suites, welcoming guests, handling inquiries, collecting payments and issuing receipts, and safeguarding daily cash receipts.
