Belinda Khaw

I've spent more than 10 years supporting Chinese Swimming Club in Penang, progressing from Receptionist to Administrator and now Assistant Manager. I keep day-to-day administration and operations moving while working with members, vendors, contractors, event organisers and project teams.

I've helped establish the Club's Learn to Swim programme, coordinated vendors for projects including a pickleball court, and explored pool pump room upgrades. I also manage logistics, prepare contracts and operational documents, support payroll and payment processing, and create promotional content in Canva.

During my time as Administrator, I developed the Club's COVID-19 action plan, supported reopening SOPs, and helped coordinate responses to maintenance disruptions, power outages, natural disasters, pool contamination and member disputes. Earlier, I improved membership documentation and supported programme administration and front-office services.
