What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Customer Success role where I can use consultative communication, proactive support, and relationship building to improve onboarding, product adoption, retention, and customer outcomes.

I've supported customers at Waterstones through high-volume, face-to-face consultations, guiding product choices and membership sign-ups around individual needs.

As a Teaching Assistant with Balfor Education, I managed personalised support plans for 10+ students with SEN and behavioural challenges. I identified disengagement risks early, adapted communication, and coordinated updates with students, parents, and teaching staff.

At Alipore Women’s Correctional Home and Calcutta Medical College and Hospital, I used active listening, consultative questioning, accurate documentation, and confidentiality to understand individual needs and improve support.

With a BSc in Psychology and HubSpot CRM certification in progress, I’m building toward Customer Success work focused on onboarding, retention, customer health, and long-term relationships.
