I am a Microsoft Networking APTS LOB Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience supporting enterprise customers on connectivity, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 environments. I troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and access-related issues while delivering calm, customer-focused support in SLA-driven environments.
In my current role I provide Microsoft Networking support for enterprise customers, analyze logs to identify root causes, follow Microsoft support workflows, and maintain detailed case documentation to meet SLA targets. I also have first- and second-line IT support experience installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and licensed software, managing user accounts and security policies, and documenting incidents and solutions.
I bring incident, problem, and escalation management experience combined with strong remote support, ticketing, and documentation skills. I am available for remote, shift-based, and enterprise support roles and prioritize clear communication and reliable, timely resolution for end users.
