I’m a Virtual Assistant and Operations Support Specialist with over 2 years of experience supporting the daily operations of a U.S.-based video editing company in the creative industry. I started in customer service, managing client communication and preparing quotes, and then expanded into operations and HR support by taking ownership of key internal workflows.

On the operations side, I manage a high-volume workflow of 5–7 projects per day. I coordinate a team of 12 video editors, monitoring timelines and maintaining direct communication with editors through reminders and follow-ups to support smooth execution and on-time delivery.

I also support HR processes by assisting with onboarding, organizing documentation, and maintaining clear communication with the team to ensure alignment and productivity. I help ensure new editors are set up with the materials they need and that internal processes stay consistent.

At Mark Studios LLC, I assign projects based on workload and deadlines, review final deliverables before client handoff to ensure quality standards, and provide client support by handling inquiries and preparing quotes. I also create and maintain internal spreadsheets to organize team and onboarding information—so everything runs reliably, clearly, and on schedule.
