Coordinated WHO incident management system (IMS) implementation across multiple health emergencies at federal and state levels. Led emergency responses including reactive vaccination campaigns, managed responder deployment and safety, and authored after-action reports and improvement plans.

Coordinated WHO incident management system (IMS) response strategies in Borno, Adamawa, and Yobe states. Managed incident action planning, HEOC activities, responder safety and performance processes, and supported interagency coordination and protocol improvements through after-action reporting.

Conducted an assessment of national and district-level pandemic preparedness across health and non-health sectors, including command structures, risk communication, surge capacity, and supply chains. Coordinated Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) training and revitalization strategies to support Ministry of Health and sanitation and Ebola transition efforts. Developed data collection/reporting tools (including e-IDSR), supported early warning and immediate notification systems, and conducted data quality audits.

Prepared daily Ebola situation reports and briefing notes for the WHO Representative and supported internal and external updates. Implemented field data collection workflows, analyzed district surveillance and laboratory data, and supported risk communication and lab data verification with the Ministry of Health and Sanitation.

Developed health information system (HIS) policies, standards, and guidelines and supported health sector performance monitoring and evaluation. Built county capacity on DHIS2, reviewed reporting tools for improved data quality, and supported performance contract implementation.

Coordinated and supervised national polio vaccination campaigns across regions. Trained independent monitors to evaluate campaign effectiveness, analyzed monitoring data for program improvement, and ensured cold chain functionality.

Trained national trainers of trainers (ToTs) for rotavirus vaccine introduction and supported knowledge transfer to frontline healthcare workers. Developed training materials and facilitated workshops to enable program rollout at national and regional levels.

Coordinated polio supplementary immunization activities and acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) surveillance data across seven countries. Supported cold chain logistics in refugee settings and collaborated on IEC and ACSM materials while mapping high-risk areas and producing weekly surveillance bulletins.

Led capacity building for health workers on the RED immunization strategy and vaccine management in multiple districts. Supported data use for immunization coverage improvement, ACSM activities through Village Health Teams, and rollout planning for PCV10 and cold chain assessments.

Planned, coordinated, and supervised polio and measles campaigns, including monitoring and training for disease surveillance. Supported routine immunization improvement and participated in humanitarian response for Côte d'Ivoire refugees in Nimba County, including joint reporting support.

Managed monitoring and evaluation for donor-funded programs for malaria, TB, and HIV/AIDS, including data analysis, reporting, and on-site data verification. Supported disease surveillance and outbreak response reporting, capacity building on HMIS and integrated disease surveillance, and communication/IEC activities including radio messaging.

Trained health workers on integrated disease surveillance and response (IDSR) in response to cholera and measles outbreaks. Strengthened surveillance capacity in refugee camps and high-risk areas by supporting case definitions, reporting tools, and outbreak data management.

Analyzed media content and daily reports to monitor public perceptions and misinformation related to polio eradication, and revised communication strategies to reduce vaccine refusals. Supported ACSM efforts and coordinated a KAP study for National Immunization Days, including establishment of sentinel community sites across multiple endemic states.

Trained Ministry of Health staff on HealthMapper and EPI Info to strengthen health information and disease surveillance systems. Supported establishment of an EPI bulletin, district performance identification, cold chain inventory development, and improvements in HIS and disease surveillance reporting.

Conducted rapid needs assessment to identify monitoring and evaluation capacity gaps across health program teams. Designed and delivered M&E training and developed simplified data collection tools and performance indicator guidance.

Led data quality assurance activities for the Kenya Health Facility Costing Survey. Evaluated data collection quality, supported survey team validation/verification capacity building, and produced a final DQA report to inform health financing and resource allocation.

Maintained health facility inventory records and supported routine inpatient and outpatient reporting. Analyzed and disseminated epidemiological data and monitored performance against national health sector strategic plan indicators while supporting surveillance and community health information system development.
