Managed the Blanket Supplementary Feeding Programme (BSFP) across five sites, reaching 7,000+ nutritionally vulnerable individuals including children under 5 and pregnant/lactating women. Ensured zero stock-outs and losses during distributions, trained 30+ field staff on protocols, and strengthened coordination with county health teams to link BSFP with CMAM/IMAM and referral systems.

Developed and rolled out Wajir County’s first integrated SBCC strategy, engaging 20+ multi-sectoral government staff in planning and monitoring. Trained and supported 30+ community health units and led culturally adapted SBCC and radio messaging to improve infant and young child feeding, hygiene, and care-seeking behaviors.

Trained and mentored 100+ community health volunteers and health workers to deliver IMAM and MIYCN services, and established 25+ community support groups to strengthen engagement and health-seeking behavior. Rolled out community nutritional screening systems, supported SMART surveys, and ensured compliance with the BMS Code through identification and follow-up of violations.

Led High Impact Nutrition Interventions (HINI) across 20+ health facilities in Tana River and Laikipia, improving nutrition outcomes for children under 5 and pregnant/lactating women. Trained 80+ MOH staff and community health assistants on IMAM/MIYCN/OTP/SFP and strengthened referral and active case-finding systems to reduce mortality and defaulting.

Managed therapeutic and supplementary feeding programs, supporting recovery of 85%+ of children identified with severe acute malnutrition. Delivered IYCF and nutrition counseling to 200+ caregivers and operationalized PMTCT-linked infant feeding support to strengthen HIV-sensitive nutrition care.

Provided comprehensive nutrition assessments and tailored counseling for hundreds of clients, supporting earlier identification and management of nutrition-related conditions and improved continuity of care through hospital referrals. Strengthened documentation of nutrition assessments and referrals to improve tracking and service improvement.
