What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead evidence-to-action, health systems strengthening, and access-to-health-technology work that partners with governments and donors to adapt programs, strengthen learning systems, and scale effective innovations across Sub-Saharan Africa.

I've led multi-country evaluations and landscape analyses for Unitaid, the Global Fund, PEPFAR, and global philanthropic donors, translating evidence into strategic learning and more than $70 million in catalytic funding recommendations.

As country lead for UNICEF's $94 million Unitaid-funded point-of-care diagnostics project in Uganda, I coordinated national introduction and integration of diagnostic technologies. I co-designed operational research, policies, deployment strategies, quality-assurance systems, and supply-chain adaptations, while co-authoring implementation tools adopted in 10 countries.

At CDC's Monitoring & Evaluation Technical Support mechanism, I led learning and adaptive management across a $50 million-plus PEPFAR-funded strategic information and digital health portfolio. I built knowledge-management and evidence-to-action systems, synthesised 200+ science summit presentations for Uganda's Country Operational Plan, and supported Ministry of Health evaluations across HIV, TB, maternal and child health, NCDs, and adolescent health.

I'm motivated by the practical work of connecting economic evaluation, implementation science, stakeholder insight, and government priorities to help health innovations scale across Sub-Saharan Africa.
