What I'm looking for

I seek a customer-service role in travel or hospitality where I can manage reservations and bookings, deliver empathetic support, work in a collaborative team, and grow professionally with opportunities for increased responsibility.

I am a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated customer service professional with experience in telemarketing and reservations. I have two years' experience as a Telemarketer and was promoted to Reservations Consultant, managing school and customer travel itineraries.

I was promoted to Reservations Consultant within the same company, handling bookings and managing clients' travel plans while delivering sales support. I consistently focused on excellent communication, empathy, patience and conflict resolution to improve customer outcomes.

I am seeking a customer service–focused role where I can contribute to an exceptional 68% and positive customer service experience, apply my computer literacy, time management and adaptability, and continue developing in travel and reservations.
