At Ejada Systems, I launched the Delivery Excellence & Support function, defining its structure, mandate, and operating model across delivery governance, operational excellence, delivery centers, and enabling support. I currently have enterprise responsibility spanning portfolios valued at SAR 2.2+ billion.
As Head of Ejada Systems’ EPMO, I established and scaled its framework using PMI standards, SDLC best practices, and CMMI maturity models. I led project management CMMI processes and served as CMMI SEPG Head, contributing to Ejada Systems’ CMMI Level 3 certification.
During my Ejada tenure, I delivered PMO consultancy and operating-model engagements across government, banking, telecommunications, aviation, and enterprise sectors. At NCGR, I architected IT PMO governance supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and led the establishment of the ITPMO Governance Department and IT Operating Model.
Earlier, I directed IT delivery and services operations at SMCI, led enterprise security infrastructure and delivered an intranet portal at Raya Holding, and developed web-based learning, payroll, and workflow automation solutions at IBM.
