In my current role as a Technical Consultant, I built a GenAI-powered IDOC Monitoring Dashboard for an SAP environment using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, and a FastAPI backend. It automates detection, root-cause analysis, and reprocessing of failures across 2,000+ daily transactions—achieving 95%+ automation and cutting manual monitoring effort by ~90%.

I also contributed to an AI-powered ITSM platform on ServiceNow, implementing a recurring incident detection module using TF-IDF + DBSCAN to cluster 7,000+ incidents by semantic similarity. By generating contextual problem record suggestions via LangChain/OpenAI API, I reduced manual incident triage effort by ~70% by surfacing recurring failure patterns.

Earlier, I designed AI-driven SAP workflow automations as a Graduate Apprentice, integrating GenAI capabilities to improve operational efficiency. I also gained hands-on experience through a DRDO Imaging Wing internship, where I built computer vision pipelines using Python and OpenCV for motion tracking and improved accuracy via optimized image processing.
