I'm currently leading the operational, organizational, and performance evolution of DAN JOHN, an international menswear brand operating across owned and franchised markets.
I oversee P&L performance, budgeting, operational efficiency, and core functions spanning Retail Operations, Marketing & e-commerce, Expansion, Allocation & Replenishment, Logistics, Facilities, IT, and Omnichannel. My focus is helping the business evolve from founder-led growth into a structured, scalable international operating model without losing brand identity or customer focus.
Across Europe, I've led brand launches, expansion, and commercial performance for Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Zara Home, Apple Italia, Klépierre Management Italia, and Amarla Retail. At Zara Home, I managed commercial performance across 10 European markets, 120 stores, and approximately 1,500 employees.
I've also advised retail and consumer businesses on strategy, performance improvement, organizational design, and senior-manager coaching through B_Labb Retail Consulting. I bring more than 20 years of international retail leadership, P&L ownership, and senior team development across markets at different stages of maturity.
