At Aden Logistics, I lead company-wide HR across seven group companies and advise the CEO and managers on people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational change. My work spans talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance.
As Senior Human Resources Manager, I led HR strategy for approximately 200 employees, administered annual benefits open enrollment, and managed HR and payroll systems. I also improved HR processes and employee lifecycle programs while supporting change management with executive leadership.
In my current expanded role as Head of HR & Chief of Staff, I partner with the CEO on cross-functional projects, including coordination of the marketing and finance teams. Earlier at Aden Logistics, I managed multi-location HR operations and led the HR support team; at VGF Management Consulting, I supported recruitment and HR administration.
