At Shipsy, I’m driving platformisation of core logistics components through reusable, configuration-driven modules, and building a real-time Control Tower for active trips and last-mile delivery events. I’m also architecting an AI SRE agent to monitor system health, investigate incidents, and trigger remediation playbooks.
At Zupee, I built a multi-team engineering organisation and reusable platform frameworks, and led a payments architecture revamp and wallet redesign. I also introduced an incident triage system using LLM and RAG, delivered $100K+ in monthly cost savings, and led the online Astro business from 0 to 1.
