For Bank of Ireland's CCR TT TOC project, I directed ETL data validation, CRIF checks, reconciliation, dashboard validation, and functional, regression, UAT, and compliance testing. I helped deliver zero-defect production releases for more than 3.5 years and maintained 100% accurate customer credit information reporting.

As a Scrum Master and Test Manager, I manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, dependencies, release planning, risk mitigation, RCA, and stakeholder communication. I've improved team velocity by 25%, improved QA efficiency by 30%, achieved 98% test execution coverage, and received six consecutive 7/7 PCSAT ratings.
